Breathe deeply and practice gentle fluid movements mindfully to reduce stress and improve strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, range of motion, and stamina. Classes are held indoors.
Qigong, a forerunner to Tai Chi, is an ancient Chinese healing system for today’s modern living, bringing mind, body, and breath in connection with one another. Practicing Qigong daily helps our brain have clearer thinking, improve focus. and keeps us centered through gentle fluid movement. This includes breathing, visualizing, intent, body movements, acupressure massage, and Tai Chi to get our internal energy running strong and blood circulation smooth for a healthy happy life.
Qigong has a thousand years of repertoire. The key is to be consistent and practice. Each week and session we will include more info and new movements. So sign up now for your good health, and many blessings!
