Northborough Recreation invites those interested in making a positive impact in both the Recreation Programs we offer and the Facilities we operate, to consider contributing to one of the programs listed below.  Each donation program below, will serve a specific purpose and donation amounts will vary by program:

SPLASH PAD ADVERTISEMENT PROGRAM
Businesses may elect to sponsor the Splash Pad located on Route 135/South Street, Northborough. Your sponsorship helps to support the maintenance and upkeep of the splash pad, including equipment repair and to offset the cost of the water. Park sponsors will have a banner prominently placed for public viewing with the sponsor’s name and business logo. Banners will be displayed from May 1st—October 30.  Northborough Recreation reserves the right to refuse advertising businesses that are inappropriate for parks frequented by children and families. Each sign is $1200 for the 6-month season. We can have a max of 5 signs. This is a first come first serve basis, so please email me if you are interested.

BENCH PROGRAM
Northborough Parks and Recreation accepts donations to install benches at the Town’s recreational facilities. This is a great program to support our local parks while memorializing or honoring a loved one.  Donor benches will only include replacement of existing deteriorated benches, and new ones directly associated reconstruction of existing or construction of new facilities.  The cost for each bench, including accessible concrete surface is $2,900 (tax deductible). Donations will fund the installation of one new bench and a personalized plaque to be displayed on it. Currently we are need of 3 benches at Ellsworth/McAfee Park. Those interested should contact the Recreation Dept. at 508-393-5034 or email Allie at: recreation@town.northborough.ma.us. Benches will be reserved on a first come first serve basis and full payment (Via check or cc) will be required within 30 days of receiving your donation confirmation.
