High energy, low impact, cycling is an efficient way to burn calories and have fun while doing it. You will enjoy the upbeat music and easy to follow instruction as you make your way on a guided ride. All fitness levels welcome. New riders should arrive 15 min early to ensure proper set up on the bike. Need Sneakers or cycle shoes, water, towel and exercise clothing
Power Yoga is a vigorous vinyasa class with smooth transitions and purposeful poses to help build endurance, strength, and flexibility while connecting mindfully to the breath. Please bring water yoga mat and blocks. Class will close with a relaxing savasana. You will leave feeling refreshed and lighter.
Wake up with this vinyasa class, also called flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together, is one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga. A sun salutation sequence is a more complex vinyasa. Each movement in the series is cued by an inhalation or an exhalation of the breath.
Fit to the Core:
This class is designed to improve posture, balance, and endurance by focusing on building strength and flexibility the most important part of your body – your CORE. We will include TRX, weights, bands and body weight to guide you through functional and integrated exercises targeting the abdomen, obliques, glutes, and quads. Combined with great music and high energy, this workout will leave you walking taller and feeling stronger! Appropriate for any fitness level – we will adjust to your needs and fitness goals!
This class will combine strength and cardio exercises for a full-body burn. This hi-intense class will get your heart pumping, challenge your muscles and make you sweat. Our knowledgeable instructors will modify form and offer modifications so this is a great workout for all fitness levels
Semi-Private Fitness Training: 2 – 4 persons.
Our semi-private fitness trainings are open to up to 4 participants, to offer the benefits of working one-on-one with one of our award-winning trainers at an even better price point. The comprehensive program begins with an intake session for each member of your group to establish baselines, note any injuries and preferences, and to set goals for your individualized personal programs. During subsequent sessions, each of you will work at your own pace to meet your personal goals, with the guidance and accountability of the trainer and the other members of your group.
Semi-Private Yoga training: 2- 4 persons
Semi-private yoga lessons are a phenomenal approach to beginning one’s yoga practice or taking it to the next level. Instead of following along with a yoga instructor in a class setting where they are trying to cater to a wide variety of needs, a private lesson allows you to set specific goals and plans to help you achieve a greater understanding and ability to get your body to work appropriately in different poses. No matter your reason, the results will include a deeper practice, a greater level of confidence, and fewer complications and limitations in your everyday activities.
