Join me for a yoga practice that is open to all levels. We will practice gentle, flow Hatha yoga with a focus on correct and safe postures. Classes will offer you the ability to allow yoga to fit your body so that you can enjoy all the benefits yoga can offer-relaxation for your mind and body, building increased balance and flexibility all while creating a supportive community. Being flexible is not a requirement!
This yoga class brought to you by Be Well Northborough. Be Well Northborough is a collaborative health and wellness initiative aimed at helping our community recover from the COVID-19 pandemic. We are focused on curating new and existing health and wellness resources in our community through a shared community calendar and outreach activities with the goal of collaboratively engaging with the community to promote health and wellness.
About the Instructor: Jean Rogers
My passion for yoga began here at Northborough Recreation over 10 years ago. I was motivated to study for my 200 hour teacher training certification which I received from Frog Pond Yoga. I believe in the power of yoga to help us in all aspects of our life and want yoga to be available for everyone to experience.
