Programming would be designed to be inclusive, family-friendly, and scalable, with a focus on:
- Walking, mobility, and functional fitness
- Community connection and accountability
- Positive use of public spaces
- Promoting healthy habits, tools and resilience among residents
Sessions would be structured, supervised, and designed with safety and accessibility in mind. At times, I may also offer complimentary protein samples, educational nutrition support, and occasional prize giveaways, with optional opportunities for participants to learn more about coaching resources available to support their health goals.
