Outdoor Fitness Club is an all-levels group training experience focused on functional strength, conditioning, mobility, and building consistency. Every session is designed to be scalable for beginners while still challenging for more experienced participants.

Hi, I'm Max! A husband, dad, and someone who knows firsthand what it feels like to be busy, drained, and stuck in a cycle of starting over every Monday. At 35, I was in the worst shape of my life. Over time, I changed that but not through some perfect plan. I learned that by building simple, sustainable habits that fit into real life anything was truly possible. That journey led me to lose over 80 pounds and, more importantly, to show up differently for my family and my community.
Today, I spend my time helping parents and professionals build stronger habits, consistent routines, and a resilient mindset... the kind that compounds over time and becomes a legacy your family can depend on.
