This winter, join Jenna Kyes for a fun new nature-inspired yoga and mindfulness class developed for young children and their caregivers! Each week, our classes will include yoga postures and games from the Pretzel Kids® Program, as well as stories, crafts, and breathing exercises that help to teach children mindfulness, connect them with the natural world, and support their physical and emotional wellbeing.
