Core Connection
A fusion class using TRX® suspension training, cardio intervals (HIIT) and weights to improve functional strength, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, balance, and core stability. This class will keep you moving quickly from start to finish! Athletic footwear should be brought in for this class. Bring water.
