Have you been interested in spin but afraid to get started? Don’t worry…we are here to help! In this 4 week program, we will make sure you learn all the basics to have a safe and successful class. This includes bike setup, body positioning, hand placements and heart rate training. You will learn about bike resistance and cadence (RPM) and anything you might expect in a regular group cycling class. Classes are paced to music and we have lots of fun getting a great workout every time. Spin classes take place at Core Cycle, 299 West Main Street (Times Square Plaza), Northborough. The series is value priced at $40. Regular sneakers can be worn.
