We will practice classic yoga poses with a focus on good form and finding both comfort and challenge based on your abilities. Our practice will offer various options for poses so that everyone is welcome.

About the Instructor: Jean Rogers
My passion for yoga began here at Northborough Recreation over 10 years ago. I was motivated to study for my 200 hour teacher training certification which I received from Frog Pond Yoga. I believe in the power of yoga to help us in all aspects of our life and want yoga to be available for everyone to experience.
