We will practice at a slower pace with less intense positions. Our focus will be on comfortable form and offering an environment to learn how to practice poses that are beneficial and attainable. This is a great class for someone new to yoga or someone who prefers a more relaxed yoga class.
About the Instructor: Jean Rogers
My passion for yoga began here at Northborough Recreation over 10 years ago. I was motivated to study for my 200 hour teacher training certification which I received from Frog Pond Yoga. I believe in the power of yoga to help us in all aspects of our life and want yoga to be available for everyone to experience.
