Knowing when and what kind of exercise to resume and avoid after having a baby can be very confusing. Factors such as whether you had a vaginal delivery of C-section, if you are breastfeeding, and what kind of pre-pregnancy and pregnancy exercise routine you had are all considerations for exercise. You will be assigned weekly exercises to deepen mindfulness of breath and posture and awaken and strengthen muscles that were compromised during pregnancy.
It's not only for new moms- it's also for moms who may be 5, 10, or 15 years out and just never saw expected results. It's never too late to bring your body back to doing effective workouts and getting stronger fo you and your family!
