Outdoor Teen Cycle & Strength is a program for boys girls in grades 6-10 who are looking for a non-competitive, full body fitness program. The teens will work on strength training and cardio fitness with bodyweight, weights and spin bikes. Now more than ever it is important for teens to take care of themselves and introduce activity into their lives. There is a lot of time spent sitting in front of their screens. Let’s help them MOVE and have FUN!
The Core Connection will be following the CDC guidelines in regards to mask mandates this fall/winter.
