Nature, Art and Science camp at Ellsworth McAffe park: Monday-Thursday rain date Friday 9:00-11:30. Children grades 1-5 should bring a backpack, water, towel to sit on, notebook and pencil, and hiking boots or sturdy shoes. We will go on a guided hike each day. We will use nature and natural items to explore math, science, and art topics. Children will be sent home with projects each day and can continue the learning in their own yards!

I started yoga teacher training in 2008 and has been taking trainings and workshops in movement ever since. I love to combine pilates with strength training or yoga stretches and I love to encourage and support my clients. I also teach kids yoga, and began teaching sensory and science discovery classes about 6 years ago. Whether in person, outside, or on zoom there's nothing like seeing a child proud of what they accomplish.
