5:30 PM - 8:30 PM    Stained Glass Class - Fall Sundays
In this 6 week class, you will learn one of the oldest art forms in the world and construct your own stained glass panel to display in your home. You will learn the basics - or refine your skills - in the copper foil method made popular by Tiffany. The class will include glass cutting, foiling, and soldering techniques so that you can leave with a beautiful, finished piece.  Several patterns will be available to choose from, any of which can be completed within the six weeks of class.  The course fee includes the use of tools, supplies and glass.

4:30 PM - 5:30 PM    Kids' Test Kitchen - Kids Test Kitchen Fall on Tuesdays
On a mission to redefine kid food; Kids’ Test Kitchen is a fun and engaging, hands-on cooking class for kids! With enthusiastic facilitation, we get eaters of all ages and abilities, cooking, tasting, and thinking about healthy ingredients!Kids’ Test Kitchen presents kids the opportunity to explore new or familiar foods in their raw, unmanipulated state. Then, working as a team, they’ll slice, dice, peel, measure, and cook until they’ve prepared the finished dish. Class closes with an opportunity to taste the result of their hard work. Students receive a printed recipe card and the focal ingredient - or a sample of the finished dish - so they can show off what they learned! Even the most reluctant eaters enjoy Kids’ Test Kitchen, where participation isencouraged, and the choice to taste is always one’s own.Lessons are planned to celebrate seasonal produce, whole grains, and legumes.Yes – join us again! Each series of classes offers fresh new recipes to prepare and explore!Kids have food allergies, but they shouldn’t miss out on the fun. 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM    Safe SitterĀ® Babysitting Class - Safe SitterĀ® Class Nov 3
Safety Skills: Students learn how to prevent unsafe situations and what to do when faced with dangers such as power failures or weather emergencies.Child Care Skills: Students learn tips to manage behavior that will help them stay in control of themselves and the children in their care. Students also learn the ages and stages of child development, as well as practice diapering.First Aid & Rescue Skills: Learning skills such as choking rescue and an introduction to CPR is often students’ favorite part of the class. Students also learn a system to help them assess and respond to injuries and illnesses.Life & Business Skills: The ability to screen jobs, discuss fees, and greet employers will set students up for success now and in the future. The recommended age for this course is 11-16 years old or anyone who works with children on a daily basis.Students are welcome to bring a tree nut free snack/meal and water bottle.
