Step 1 classes are 25 minutes long. Instructors use songs, games, toys and more to provide age appropriate fun and help young skaters acclimate to the ice in a comfortable and safe atmosphere.

This class introduces participants to hockey skating in a fun, group setting.Requirements: Participants must be potty trained A helmet is required and a caged helmet, such as an HECC helmet, is highly recommended. Please label helmets with First Name - Last Initial on the front of the helmet prior to arriving. Participants new to skating must be able to fall down, get up and take several steps by themselves
