Looking to tighten up and shape those muscles? This workout adds upper and lower body resistance training to your Pilates workout. Small props work your muscles while allowing for more creativity in your movements, including standing whole-body and Reformer-inspired exercises. Class instruction will include modifications and progressions for the various exercises that will leave your muscles feeling strengthened and lengthened.
