5:30 PM - 6:30 PM    Scoops Lacrosse - Scoops Co-Ed Lacrosse
Scoops Lacrosse will be running a 6-week super Fall Clinic open to boys and girls ages 3-8. Scoops Clinics are designed for kids who are interested in learning about lacrosse and learning the skills in a fun and welcoming environment. Kids will be broken into different groups based on age and/or skill levels. Most importantly, Scoops Clinics are designed for maximum amounts of fun, confidence building, and pure lawcrasomeness. The only equipment necessary is a lacrosse stick. We are pad free at Scoops. At Scoops, we like to say its "Sticks and Smiles", you bring your own stick, we'll deliver the smile.

5:30 PM - 7:30 PM    Women's Soccer League - Women's Soccer League
Join the new Regional Women’s Recreational Soccer League, offered by Northborough, Westborough, Southborough, and Hudson Recreation!This 7v7 league is open to women ages 18 and older. All experience levels are welcome, whether you’re a former player, returning to soccer after time away, or trying the sport for the first time.Players will register individually through their local recreation department and will be placed on town-based teams. Games will be played on Sunday evenings between 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. for six weeks, followed by a championship game in Week 6.If a town has enough players for multiple teams, teammate requests will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.Shin guards are required. Most importantly, this league is about having fun, staying active, and meeting new people.Min roster: 10Max roster: 14No games on Oct. 11th for the holiday weekendSept. 27 was rained out. The make-up game will be Nov. 15th.Please note that November 22nd is the Championship Game

Dash, jump, and throw with Skyhawks Track & Field! This program teaches young athletes track and field essentials, from body positioning and stride to stretching and cool-downs. Participants try events like javelin, discus, and hurdles. Each session builds skills, discipline, and sportsmanship. Get on track with Skyhawks for athletic and personal growth!  Please bring water and wear athletic clothing.
