Kids' Test Kitchen - Kids Test Kitchen Winter Sundays On a mission to redefine kid food; Kids’ Test Kitchen is a fun and engaging, hands-on cooking class for kids! With enthusiastic facilitation, we get eaters of all ages and abilities, cooking, tasting, and thinking about healthy ingredients!Kids’ Test Kitchen presents kids the opportunity to explore new or familiar foods in their raw, unmanipulated state. Then, working as a team, they’ll slice, dice, peel, measure, and cook until they’ve prepared the finished dish. Class closes with an opportunity to taste the result of their hard work. Students receive a printed recipe card and the focal ingredient - or a sample of the finished dish - so they can show off what they learned! Tinkergarten Nature Play - Wednesdays: Winter Mini-Series What is Tinkergarten?Designed and led by experts, loved by parents and kids, Tinkergarten gets kids ages 1 1/2 to 8 learning outside (siblings under 18 months are welcome to come along and do not need to register!). Kids who participate get the physical and mental benefits of increased time outdoors and build a lasting connection to nature. Our classes include songs, movement, stories, and irresistible invitations for open-ended play! The Tinkergarten Nature Play program is led by Jenna Kyes, an experienced teacher and mom of four. Jenna has been teaching Tinkergarten classes in Northborough since 2022, and she loves sharing the joy and wonder of playful outdoor learning with children and their caregivers.

Wrestling Youth Clinic - Elementary School Wrestling Clinic Middle School:Come learn the fundamentals of wrestling in a ten class session designed for middle schoolers. In this session, you will build sport specific strength, and learn basic scoring and wrestling strategy. Participants will engage in sparring, drilling, conditioning, and live wrestling. Coached by 25 year coaching veteran, Matt Knapp and former Algonquin Titan, Shea Garand. Shea is a four year high school and collegiate varsity wrestler and recent graduate from Castleton University. All practices will run after the varsity practice from 5:45-7:15 on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Algonquin Regional High School.Elementary School:Youth wrestling returns to Northborough and Southborough. High energy athletes needed! Come to this introductory 10 class session to learn the fundamentals of the sport. This session will be coached by Northborough 5th grade teacher and 14 year Algonquin Regional varsity head coach, Brian Kramer. This is open to all current third, fourth, and fifth graders. This one hour class will be action packed with conditioning, drilling, and live wrestling. Practice will run on Sundays from 3:00-4:00.

Students learn how to practice safe habits, how to prevent unsafe situations, and what to do when faced with dangers such as power failures or weather emergencies. Students are also introduced to the Safe Sitter® First Aid Chart and learn a system to help them assess and respond to injuries and illnesses.

Tinkergarten Nature Play - Thursdays: Winter Mini-Series What is Tinkergarten?Designed and led by experts, loved by parents and kids, Tinkergarten gets kids ages 1 1/2 to 8 learning outside (siblings under 18 months are welcome to come along and do not need to register!). Kids who participate get the physical and mental benefits of increased time outdoors and build a lasting connection to nature. Our classes include songs, movement, stories, and irresistible invitations for open-ended play! The Tinkergarten Nature Play program is led by Jenna Kyes, an experienced teacher and mom of four. Wrestling Youth Clinic - Middle School Wrestling Clinic Middle School:Come learn the fundamentals of wrestling in a ten class session designed for middle schoolers. In this session, you will build sport specific strength, and learn basic scoring and wrestling strategy. Participants will engage in sparring, drilling, conditioning, and live wrestling. Coached by 25 year coaching veteran, Matt Knapp and former Algonquin Titan, Shea Garand. Shea is a four year high school and collegiate varsity wrestler and recent graduate from Castleton University. All practices will run after the varsity practice from 5:45-7:15 on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Algonquin Regional High School.Elementary School:Youth wrestling returns to Northborough and Southborough. High energy athletes needed! Come to this introductory 10 class session to learn the fundamentals of the sport. This session will be coached by Northborough 5th grade teacher and 14 year Algonquin Regional varsity head coach, Brian Kramer. This is open to all current third, fourth, and fifth graders. This one hour class will be action packed with conditioning, drilling, and live wrestling. Practice will run on Sundays from 3:00-4:00.

Kids' Test Kitchen - Kids Test Kitchen Winter Sundays On a mission to redefine kid food; Kids’ Test Kitchen is a fun and engaging, hands-on cooking class for kids! With enthusiastic facilitation, we get eaters of all ages and abilities, cooking, tasting, and thinking about healthy ingredients!Kids’ Test Kitchen presents kids the opportunity to explore new or familiar foods in their raw, unmanipulated state. Then, working as a team, they’ll slice, dice, peel, measure, and cook until they’ve prepared the finished dish. Class closes with an opportunity to taste the result of their hard work. Students receive a printed recipe card and the focal ingredient - or a sample of the finished dish - so they can show off what they learned! Even the most reluctant eaters enjoy Kids’ Test Kitchen, where participation isencouraged, and the choice to taste is always one’s own.Lessons are planned to celebrate seasonal produce, whole grains, and legumes.Yes – join us again!
