We are currently offering an adult walking group, unified basketball and soccer. Unified is open to all people both with or without intellectual and/or developmental disabilities ages 8 - 15. We are looking for team mates who genuinely want to support each others growth as they develop social and athletic skills together. During registration, please indicate if your child is an
Athlete – basketball player with intellectual disabilities or autism
Unified Partner – basketball player without intellectual disabilities or autism (including siblings!)
Volunteer – someone that would like to help me coach

Under the direction of Tom Hojnacki, the Grafton Community Chorus performs twice a year with an eclectic repertoire of music that includes music from classical and arts songs, to modern, pop, and Broadway. No experience is necessary, no audition required. High School Athlete Fitness Program - Tuesdays Are you a high school athlete looking to improve your fitness? For six weeks, participants will engage in exercises targeting strength and stability to improve balance, coordination, and athletic performance. John Ledoux, a Division II strength and conditioning coach, will provide personalized coaching and guidance to each participant, ensuring proper technique and form to maximize progress and avoid injury. John has experience coaching college athletes in all sports, and he will be able to provide helpful insight for any up-and-coming athletes. At the end of the program, participants can expect to see improvements in their strength, agility, speed, and endurance, which will translate into better performance in their chosen sport or activity. Program is for Boys and Girls in High School.

Teen Barre/Pilates/Yoga Fusion - Teen Barre/Pilates/Yoga class Our Teen Classes promote self-confidence in teen girls by showing them that they are strong and capable and can achieve any goal they set for themselves. Our newest teen class is a fusion of Barre/Pilates/Yoga. Barre is a fun, upbeat full body workout that will help build muscle using a ballet barre, light weights and other props. Pilates tunes into body awareness, creating that mind-body connection. It not only strengthens their body but also their mind. Pilates exercises assist with the development of core strength, flexibility, and proper alignment of the spine and joints. Yoga promotes inner calm and mindfulness that can help reduce stress and increase confidence and emotional serenity. Girls will gain a deeper awareness of their body as well as higher levels of focus, clarity, strength, flexibility and endurance.

Teen Barre/Pilates/Yoga Fusion - Teen Barre/Pilates/Yoga class Our Teen Classes promote self-confidence in teen girls by showing them that they are strong and capable and can achieve any goal they set for themselves. Our newest teen class is a fusion of Barre/Pilates/Yoga. Barre is a fun, upbeat full body workout that will help build muscle using a ballet barre, light weights and other props. Pilates tunes into body awareness, creating that mind-body connection. It not only strengthens their body but also their mind. Pilates exercises assist with the development of core strength, flexibility, and proper alignment of the spine and joints. Yoga promotes inner calm and mindfulness that can help reduce stress and increase confidence and emotional serenity. Girls will gain a deeper awareness of their body as well as higher levels of focus, clarity, strength, flexibility and endurance.

Basketball, High School Rec League - High School Boys Rec Basketball League Sign up now to join the Rec Boys Basketball league for grades 9 – 12. This is a rec league--so everyone is invited to play. Games will be at Algonquin Regional High School on Sunday evenings between 5:30pm – 8:00pm, each team will play for one hour within this time frame, schedule to be created and posted after Draft Day, December 17, when teams are decided. The first game will be on Sunday, January 7. March 17 is a make-up date if needed. Kids from all high schools are invited to register for this program.

High School Athlete Fitness Program - Tuesdays Are you a high school athlete looking to improve your fitness? For six weeks, participants will engage in exercises targeting strength and stability to improve balance, coordination, and athletic performance. John Ledoux, a Division II strength and conditioning coach, will provide personalized coaching and guidance to each participant, ensuring proper technique and form to maximize progress and avoid injury. John has experience coaching college athletes in all sports, and he will be able to provide helpful insight for any up-and-coming athletes. At the end of the program, participants can expect to see improvements in their strength, agility, speed, and endurance, which will translate into better performance in their chosen sport or activity. Program is for Boys and Girls in High School.

Pickleball Open Play - Wednesdays Session 1: Skill Level 3.25-4.5 We are opening the Town Hall Gym for a 6-week open play Pickleball program. These are NOT lessons, these are open play to play against others in your skill level. Open play is capped at 6 people per session. Tinkergarten Nature Play - Winter - Thursdays: Survivors & Thrivers Series Come play and learn outside with us this winter! Tinkergarten Nature Play classes are joyful outdoor classes that incorporate songs, movement, stories and open-ended play to help children learn important life skills. This Winter, we focus on persistence— the ability to stick with something, meet challenges and push ahead in order to reach our goals, learn and grow. Each lesson is inspired by a different, persistent animal superhero. In our Survivors and Thrivers series, we'll introduce creatures with amazing abilities to survive the winter and discover that we, like our creature friends, have tools to help us thrive and play outdoors all 4 seasons. In our Clever Creators series, we'll play like creatures who build and create. And, as in every season, kids will forge deep, lasting connections to the natural world! Gymnastics - Tumble Tots - Winter Session Tumble tots introduces very young children to basic rolling and balance skills in a creative environment. This class is a wonderful place to explore the limits of your balance and coordination in a soft, safe, tactile environment.
