Postpartum Corrective Exercise Series with Core Connection
Knowing when and what kinds of exercise to resume and avoid after having a baby can be very confusing. Factors such as if you had a vaginal delivery or C-section, if you are breastfeeding or not, and what kind of pre-pregnancy and pregnancy exercise routine you had, are all considerations for exercise. In this 8-week series, you will be assigned weekly exercises to deepen mindfulness of breath and posture, and awaken and strengthen muscles that were compromised during pregnancy. Each week's exercises are building blocks, and you will have the option to send videos and ask clarifying questions with the instructor along the way. This series is not only for new moms – It’s also for moms who may be 5, 10, or 15 years out and just never saw expected results. It’s never too late to bring your body back to doing effective workouts and getting stronger for you and your family!
