Lego Robotics 2.0, April Vacation
Learn to program free roaming LEGO robots and make science come to life! Get in gear with LEGO’s new updated software to build and use an iPad to program Milo the science rover and other fun untethered robots. Explore guided robotics projects and create a shake table to test house designs to withstand an earthquake, or create a bot to sort and recycle items. Design your own specialized bots that use sensors to explore space or create a safe wildlife crossing.

Daily Schedule
  • 9-9:15am: Get In The Groove, games and crafts promoting social interaction
  • 9:15-9:30am: Morning warm up: schedule & expectation review
  • 9:30-10:30am: Lesson
  • 10:30-11am: Snack, free play (outdoors when possible)
  • 11-12pm: Lesson
  • 12-1pm: Lunch
  • 1-2pm: Lesson
  • 2-2:30pm: Snack, free play (outdoors when possible)
  • 2:30-3:30pm: Lesson
  • 3:30-4:00pm: Finish projects, clean up, Get In The Groove, free play
