12:00 PM - 1:00 PM    Postpartum Corrective Exercise Series with Core Connection - Postpartum
Knowing when and what kinds of exercise to resume and avoid after having a baby can be very confusing. Factors such as if you had a vaginal delivery or C-section, if you are breastfeeding or not, and what kind of pre-pregnancy and pregnancy exercise routine you had, are all considerations for exercise. In this 8-week series, you will be assigned weekly exercises to deepen mindfulness of breath and posture, and awaken and strengthen muscles that were compromised during pregnancy. Each week's exercises are building blocks, and you will have the option to send videos and ask clarifying questions with the instructor along the way. This series is not only for new moms – It’s also for moms who may be 5, 10, or 15 years out and just never saw expected results. It’s never too late to bring your body back to doing effective workouts and getting stronger for you and your family! The best thing is this is accessible for EVERY body, no matter which stage you are at! In studio or virtual option. Can't make it on Sundays? Release is a comprehensive wellness center and recently received the first place prize by Best of the Best in Metrowest in best yoga studio, best fitness and best in personal training.  Release opened in 2017 and specializes in yoga, fitness and mindfulness classes, spa services, heat and light therapies and coaching. All persons and trainer will be at least 8 ft apart, required to wear a mask and will be required to follow the state Covid protocols.  https://releasewellbeingcenter.com/how-release-is-handling-covid-19/Cycle Classes:  High energy, low impact, cycling is an efficient way to burn calories and have fun while doing it. Please bring water yoga mat and blocks. Class will close with a relaxing savasana.  You will leave feeling refreshed and lighter.  Sunrise Flow: Wake up with this vinyasa class, also called flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together, is one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga. A sun salutation sequence is a more complex vinyasa. Each movement in the series is cued by an inhalation or an exhalation of the breath.Fit to the Core:This class is designed to improve posture, balance, and endurance by focusing on building strength and flexibility the most important part of your body – your CORE. We will include TRX, weights, bands and body weight to guide you through functional and integrated exercises targeting the abdomen, obliques, glutes, and quads.  Combined with great music and high energy, this workout will leave you walking taller and feeling stronger! Appropriate for any fitness level – we will adjust to your needs and fitness goals!Bootcamp:This class will combine strength and cardio exercises for a full-body burn. 9:15 AM - 10:10 AM    Intro to Pilates on the Reformer with Core Connection - Intro to Pilates in Westborough
If you have no prior experience with Pilates or need a serious refresher, this is the beginner class for you! Throughout the series, you will learn the five basic principles of STOTT Pilates® which are key to performing the exercises safely and effectively. As you move through the six-class program, you will learn the STOTT Pilates® Essential Repertoire on the reformer. Springs, pulleys, and the levers of the reformer machine assist or provide more challenge to your workout. With only 4 people in the class, you will garner close attention from the instructor to ensure proper form and alignment. The cost of the 6-week series is $150. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Grip bottom socks and MASKS are required. Exercises are broad level so those with injuries or specific physical conditioning goals should seek out private or semi-private lessons. Class runs as a series and consistent attendance is the key to success. Missed classes are forfeited. Please note our cancellation window of 72 hours prior to start time for all series. If canceled prior to that time & studio notified by email, you may receive a credit on the account. If past cancellation window, fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you have no prior experience with Pilates or need a serious refresher, this is the beginner class for you! Throughout the series, you will learn the five basic principles of STOTT Pilates® which are key to performing the exercises safely and effectively. As you move through the six-class program, you will learn the STOTT Pilates® Essential Repertoire on the reformer. Springs, pulleys, and the levers of the reformer machine assist or provide more challenge to your workout. With only 4 people in the class, you will garner close attention from the instructor to ensure proper form and alignment. The cost of the 6-week series is $150. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Grip bottom socks and MASKS are required. Exercises are broad level so those with injuries or specific physical conditioning goals should seek out private or semi-private lessons. This class will help you learn what you need to know and what every parents wants in a responsible babysitter! Children must wear masks at all times and will sit 6 feet away from each other. We have a max of 10 kids for the class.The class will be held in the mezzanine which is the top floor of courts 6 and 7. It is the large green building on the right side of the parking lot.No food or drink please. We do not want the kids removing their masks during the class.

Knowing when and what kinds of exercise to resume and avoid after having a baby can be very confusing. Factors such as if you had a vaginal delivery or C-section, if you are breastfeeding or not, and what kind of pre-pregnancy and pregnancy exercise routine you had, are all considerations for exercise. In this 8-week series, you will be assigned weekly exercises to deepen mindfulness of breath and posture, and awaken and strengthen muscles that were compromised during pregnancy. Each week's exercises are building blocks, and you will have the option to send videos and ask clarifying questions with the instructor along the way. This series is not only for new moms – It’s also for moms who may be 5, 10, or 15 years out and just never saw expected results. It’s never too late to bring your body back to doing effective workouts and getting stronger for you and your family! If you have no prior experience with Pilates or need a serious refresher, this is the beginner class for you! Throughout the series, you will learn the five basic principles of STOTT Pilates® which are key to performing the exercises safely and effectively. As you move through the six-class program, you will learn the STOTT Pilates® Essential Repertoire on the reformer. Springs, pulleys, and the levers of the reformer machine assist or provide more challenge to your workout. With only 4 people in the class, you will garner close attention from the instructor to ensure proper form and alignment. The cost of the 6-week series is $150. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Grip bottom socks and MASKS are required. Exercises are broad level so those with injuries or specific physical conditioning goals should seek out private or semi-private lessons. Teen ReformerStrong bodies build strong minds! Whether your teen is an athlete or less active, this 4-week series will build confidence, improve posture and develop core strength and body awareness while teaching proper alignment for a body that is continually changing. Pilates is fun and energizing and will strengthen their entire body while teaching proper alignment. Our community helps build a sense of camaraderie in a place of support and kindness allowing them to feel safe and respected as they grow. The cost of the 4-week series is $99. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Grip bottom socks and MASKS are required. Exercises are broad level so those with injuries or specific physical conditioning goals should seek out private or semi-private lessons. Class runs as a series and consistent attendance is the key to success. Missed classes are forfeited.

Knowing when and what kinds of exercise to resume and avoid after having a baby can be very confusing. Factors such as if you had a vaginal delivery or C-section, if you are breastfeeding or not, and what kind of pre-pregnancy and pregnancy exercise routine you had, are all considerations for exercise. In this 8-week series, you will be assigned weekly exercises to deepen mindfulness of breath and posture, and awaken and strengthen muscles that were compromised during pregnancy. Each week's exercises are building blocks, and you will have the option to send videos and ask clarifying questions with the instructor along the way. This series is not only for new moms – It’s also for moms who may be 5, 10, or 15 years out and just never saw expected results. It’s never too late to bring your body back to doing effective workouts and getting stronger for you and your family! If you have no prior experience with Pilates or need a serious refresher, this is the beginner class for you! Throughout the series, you will learn the five basic principles of STOTT Pilates® which are key to performing the exercises safely and effectively. As you move through the six-class program, you will learn the STOTT Pilates® Essential Repertoire on the reformer. Springs, pulleys, and the levers of the reformer machine assist or provide more challenge to your workout. With only 4 people in the class, you will garner close attention from the instructor to ensure proper form and alignment. The cost of the 6-week series is $150. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Grip bottom socks and MASKS are required. 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM    Postpartum Corrective Exercise Series with Core Connection - Postpartum
Knowing when and what kinds of exercise to resume and avoid after having a baby can be very confusing. Factors such as if you had a vaginal delivery or C-section, if you are breastfeeding or not, and what kind of pre-pregnancy and pregnancy exercise routine you had, are all considerations for exercise. In this 8-week series, you will be assigned weekly exercises to deepen mindfulness of breath and posture, and awaken and strengthen muscles that were compromised during pregnancy. Each week's exercises are building blocks, and you will have the option to send videos and ask clarifying questions with the instructor along the way. This series is not only for new moms – It’s also for moms who may be 5, 10, or 15 years out and just never saw expected results. It’s never too late to bring your body back to doing effective workouts and getting stronger for you and your family! The best thing is this is accessible for EVERY body, no matter which stage you are at! In studio or virtual option. Can't make it on Sundays? If you have no prior experience with Pilates or need a serious refresher, this is the beginner class for you! Throughout the series, you will learn the five basic principles of STOTT Pilates® which are key to performing the exercises safely and effectively. As you move through the six-class program, you will learn the STOTT Pilates® Essential Repertoire on the reformer. Springs, pulleys, and the levers of the reformer machine assist or provide more challenge to your workout. With only 4 people in the class, you will garner close attention from the instructor to ensure proper form and alignment. The cost of the 6-week series is $150. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Grip bottom socks and MASKS are required. Exercises are broad level so those with injuries or specific physical conditioning goals should seek out private or semi-private lessons. Knowing when and what kinds of exercise to resume and avoid after having a baby can be very confusing. Factors such as if you had a vaginal delivery or C-section, if you are breastfeeding or not, and what kind of pre-pregnancy and pregnancy exercise routine you had, are all considerations for exercise. In this 8-week series, you will be assigned weekly exercises to deepen mindfulness of breath and posture, and awaken and strengthen muscles that were compromised during pregnancy. Each week's exercises are building blocks, and you will have the option to send videos and ask clarifying questions with the instructor along the way. This series is not only for new moms – It’s also for moms who may be 5, 10, or 15 years out and just never saw expected results. It’s never too late to bring your body back to doing effective workouts and getting stronger for you and your family! 9:15 AM - 10:10 AM    Intro to Pilates on the Reformer with Core Connection - Intro to Pilates in Westborough
If you have no prior experience with Pilates or need a serious refresher, this is the beginner class for you! Throughout the series, you will learn the five basic principles of STOTT Pilates® which are key to performing the exercises safely and effectively. As you move through the six-class program, you will learn the STOTT Pilates® Essential Repertoire on the reformer. Springs, pulleys, and the levers of the reformer machine assist or provide more challenge to your workout. With only 4 people in the class, you will garner close attention from the instructor to ensure proper form and alignment. The cost of the 6-week series is $150. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Grip bottom socks and MASKS are required. Exercises are broad level so those with injuries or specific physical conditioning goals should seek out private or semi-private lessons. Class runs as a series and consistent attendance is the key to success. Missed classes are forfeited. Please note our cancellation window of 72 hours prior to start time for all series. If canceled prior to that time & studio notified by email, you may receive a credit on the account. If past cancellation window, fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
